South African rapper and producer Nasty C born David Jr Ngcobo just earned himself a spot in the pan African music video awards scheme “4syte Music Video Awards”, nominated for Best African Act Video.

The SA rapper is contesting with Tanzania’s very own singer Daimond Platnumz, Mayorkun, Patoranking, Mr Eazi, Olamide and Togolese top notch Toofan.

4syte TV over the years since the conception of the award scheme has encouraged more artistes to invest heavily in the production of their music videos. This has resulted in the delivery of excellent videos by some of these artistes and has as such raised the bar in the scope of music videos in the country.

This year’s 4syte music video award, as done every year gives the audience the power in the selection of winners from the various categories. This is the 9th year running with Sarkodie topping this year’s nominations with 9, followed by Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy and Captain Planet with 6. Becca and R2bees have 6 and 5 nominations respectively.

To vote for your favourite artiste in a category, text artiste name and category code to short code 1747 on all networks.
The annual 4syte music video awards comes off this year at the A.I.C.C on the 18th November 2017.
